Oregon Turkey Hunt

Date: April 24th-26th

This southern Oregon spring turkey hunting experience is created specifically for women who are new to hunting or who have tried turkey hunting before but haven’t yet had a successful harvest. This event is designed to build confidence, share knowledge, and provide hands-on experience in a supportive and relaxed environment.

While a harvest can never be guaranteed, participants will have the opportunity to learn practical turkey hunting skills and spend time in the field with guidance along the way. We’ll hunt using a variety of approaches, including sitting in blinds as well as spot-and-stalk techniques, giving participants the chance to experience different strategies used during the spring season.

If a turkey is harvested, Alex will demonstrate how to properly field dress the bird and share tips for packaging and preparing the meat at home. As an added bonus, participants will also learn how to preserve and mount a turkey fan as a memorable keepsake from the hunt.

Whether you’re hoping to harvest your first turkey or simply gain more experience and confidence in the field, this event is a great opportunity to learn, connect with other women, and enjoy time outdoors together.
