Resources

Let us connect you with other helpful resources to get you started, gain more knowledge, and out into the field or rivers.

Women of OHA, a program of Oregon Hunters Association, is dedicated to empowering women to participate in hunting, conservation, and outdoor recreation through education, mentorship, and hands-on experiences. The program provides opportunities for women of all skill levels to build confidence in the outdoors, learn practical skills, and connect with a supportive community that shares a passion for wildlife conservation and responsible hunting traditions.

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) Workshops and Events page provides a variety of hands-on classes and educational opportunities designed to help people learn outdoor skills and connect with Oregon’s natural resources. Programs include hunter education, fishing and hunting workshops, shooting skills courses, family fishing events, and volunteer opportunities that give participants the knowledge, confidence, and experience to enjoy the outdoors while supporting wildlife conservation.
